Was recommended to this clinic by a friend and was so pleased with the service! I was able to get an appointment for the following day which calmed my nerves just a bit. Upon entry the clinic was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. Our Vet and her assistant were very attentive, caring towards my cat Oliver and answered all of my questions putting my mind at ease. My appointment took about an hour, and I appreciated the itemized bill at the end as well. Prices for rabies vac/eye exam seemed reasonable, nothing like NY prices for sure. Parking is not an issue, there is a parking garage, and you have to get it validated prior to leaving the clinic but I found street parking for $2.00 for 3 hours right outside the clinic and even around the corner. Will continue to follow up care here for both my pets.

We’ve had such a great experience at UpTown Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Becker, Michela, and Tori are an amazing team. They always take such good care of Mila and treat her with so much care and attention. We’re very grateful to have found such a wonderful team for her. 🐾❤️

Over 20 years I’ve tried different vets in Charlotte from University to South End. I think all of those places made me lower the bar for what a normal vet experience is and I didn’t realize it until going here. These people are fantastic. My dude loves going here, they actually treat appointments as appointments (my average visit is like 15 minutes) and they truly seem to care. With my last guy, I got a clean bill of health from a prominent South end vet (right next to Mac’s……) but the folks at Uptown immediately felt his stomach and realized he has a tumor and my time was limited. That was a blessing to know so I could spoil him. And I’d never have known if I’d kept going to the other vet. I tell everyone to go here and they get turned off that it’s in uptown because of parking but they validate parking and it’s totally worth it to get staff that actually care.

I’ve been to multiple vets across Charlotte and decided to go with Dr. Becker and her team for my dog when some health problems arose. She was patient, answered all of my questions, and walked us through different options. We’ve definitely found our new primary veterinarian!

I started going to Uptown Vet, when I first moved to the area, and I was a few blocks away. Now years later, I’ve moved away, so the drive isn’t as convenient as a 10 minute walk, but with all the vets available around me, I still choose to go to Uptown Vet. The compassion, care, quality, value, and trust are worth the drive. Every time we walk in, we’re greeted with smiles. My latest visit with Dr Anna, Micheal, and Nichole was easy. They even got my dog to relax, which is rare.
