We should not have been charged an extra $21.00–for a tech coming in for 5 minutes or less. We should also have been told before that fee was added—

We need to see a vet quickly because our dog hurt her paw. They were fantastic. Got us in quickly and even sent a follow up email with detailed instructions for medication and care. Can’t recommend this practice highly enough!
