The best vet to take your pet in Charlotte! We took our dog Lucy there for several visits while we lived in Charlotte and each one we were treated promptly and personably. The nurses and Dr. Gawel were truly the very best and always made us feel like she was in safe hands. Lucy will miss giving hugs to everyone there!

After having multiple friends recommend this vet practice, I decided to take my dog and cat here. They accommodated an appointment very quickly and made it a joint appointment for both pets! I have visited a handful of vets in the area and this is the first time I felt like I was getting very thoughtful feedback, and not just a vet checking boxes on the appointment form. Dr Gawel was very patient and attentive to us and what concerns I had. It’s clear the team here deeply cares about the pets and the relationship and trust they build with the animals as well as the owner. I feel so thankful that as my dog gets older, I know I’m getting the best, most thoughtful care for him!

We came in for an appointment for our goldendoodle toward the end of August. The staff were very prompt and helpful and our pup absolutely loved meeting them. (He also got a nice little cheesy treat!) The icing on the cake though was Dr. Gawel who was kind and attentive to our pup’s needs the entire time. The solutions he recommended for our issue have also worked wonders and made our furry guy a very happy dog. I 100% recommend this location. The services were reasonably priced and we were able to get everything we needed right there.

Always attentive and we never have to wait. I’ve honestly never even had to sit down in the waiting room. They are always ready when I walk in so grateful to have them near my home.
