My sweet dog had a suspected intestinal blockage and was rapidly declining over a 24hr period where we had visited 2 urgent care and 1 er. The Park Road Animal Hospital was able to work us in same day for surgery to help save my dogs life. They were very thorough in their explanations on what to expect, upfront costs and post op care. I had my minor children with me when I came to pick our dog up and the vet and team were so kind and patient. They showed my inquisitive kids around where their dog had been operated on, the tools and patiently answered all their questions. I have never met such a compassionate team, not just towards my dog but to my family as some vet experiences in the past have seemingly been turned off when young children are alongside of pets. Ultimately our dog is a critical part of our family and we are so grateful we found them just in time to get him the care he needed so we can spend many more years together! They are not the closest vet to me but I am willing to make the drive as they will be our new vet moving forward. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable compassionate care team for their family pet!

This was truly a phenomenal experience, especially considering the situation my fur baby Juju and I were in. Juju needed emergency surgery, and Park Road Animal Hospital absolutely came in clutch when we needed them most. I was a nervous wreck and kept texting the telephone number for updates, and every single time, they responded and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. That kindness and communication meant more to me than I can put into words during such a scary and stressful time. When I went to pick up my baby, the surgeon had actually stopped eating dinner to come speak with me personally about Juju, her medication, and everything I needed to know. That level of care and compassion truly touched my heart. Thank you so much to everyone at Park Road Animal Hospital for being so kind, patient, communicative, and caring. You took such wonderful care of my baby when we needed you most, and I will forever be grateful. ❤️🐾
