Always are made feel welcome and supported in the Care for our 4 legged Family Member. We never have to wait long for an appointment and are always seen on time. Everyone listens carefully to you even if you repeat yourself 😝 (caught myself doing it before) Their care and understanding is greatly appreciated especially when you deal with a sick Dog. I can go on and on but rather you find out yourself how great they are.

I brought in a stray cat that a Good Samaritan had taken in. He had a URI, an injured paw, was dirty and pretty stinky, and I was worried he might be a spicy, grumpy patient. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff, technician, and Dr. Heuen were incredibly kind and patient with both of us. They took extra time to help Phantom feel comfortable, spoiling him with treats and affection so they could examine him without making an already-stressed street cat more afraid. Phantom, for his part, decided to growl while simultaneously demanding head rubs and more treats—which eventually evolved into a hilarious growl-purr combination that won everyone over. The team went above and beyond. They walked me through everything, prepared estimates, and helped me figure out how to give him a thorough workup while getting him cleaned up, tested for infectious diseases, vaccinated, and treated for his injured paw. They even called afterward to check on him and make sure I wasn’t having any trouble giving his medications. But what struck me most was the compassion they showed this scruffy little street boy—and the crazy lady who brought him in. They treated Phantom exactly the way they would have treated someone’s beloved pet. They looked past the dirty fur, sniffles, injured paw, and occasional growl and saw the special soul underneath it all. They saw not just the stray cat he was that day, but the beloved pet he can become with a little TLC. I’m incredibly grateful for the kindness and care they showed Phantom. ❤️

Have been taking my dog to Clear Creek since I got her 14 years ago. They are the nicest people to deal with. My dog actually gets excited when we arrive (they all spoil her). They are always willing to work with me to schedule necessary care and boarding. I highly recommend them for your pet's health care, grooming and boarding needs.
