Brookdale Animal Hospital

Staff very friendly and accommodating to my family pet.

Only folks I've trusted with my pooch since moving to Charlotte. They take as much time as you want with them and answer any questions you have; if they don't have the answer, they will get it before you leave. Vets are a dime a dozen these days, quality vets are the other two, and you'll find that here.

EDIT to Add: The owner, Dr. Pressley reached out to me to make things right. He stated he had not heard about my concern and was very professional and compassionate regarding my experience. I wish I had met him sooner, as I feel I would have liked him enough to keep me there, despite multiple poor interactions with Delphine. I really didn't want to post a bad review, but im still bothered by how rude Delphine in reception is. She was first very agitated with me on the phone when attempting to schedule because she said should couldnt hear me because my phone was breaking up. When I called back from a landline and apologized she was still rude. I gave her the benefit of the doubt because it was first thing in the morning and maybe she had a lot of calls she was taking and it was an inconvenience that she couldn't hear me and she was having an off day. But no, later I asked her in the office about a financial matter and she was confrontational to me about what I was saying and when I tried to explain my side of things she put her hand up and cut me off and told me that she would have to make a note for the owner to contact me. 2 months later, I have received no call back. Otherwise our care has been fine. But her lack of professionalism is enough to make me go elsewhere.
