Animal Medical Hospital has been our veterinary and boarding resource for close to three decades. During that time they have remained consistently professional in all aspects of their operations. The vets and vet techs are always courteous and empathetic. They also have an excellent front end staff. They set and maintain such a high standard that we’ve never thought twice about taking our pets anywhere else.

I have been bringing my furry fam here since 2018 and Dr. Oberst is amazing. The front desk staff though? Also AMAZING. I spend a fair amount of time in the waiting room and observing how Jo and Sarah handle phone calls and walk ins and chaos. So grateful for AMH!

BEWARE!! I’ve given these people so many chances. They cannot be trusted. I’ve taken my dog here multiple times and the last time I brought her here for a checkup, they ignored things they should have caught. They barely looked at her and broke her nail while cutting it, which they then charged me for another appointment to fix once I found it. I called yesterday to see about getting my dog her bordatella vaccine today and they had multiple appointments available, so I asked how much it would cost. I was told by the person on the phone that it would be about $35. I brought her in today, she received her vaccine, and then when I went to pay, the girl at the desk said it would be $60-something dollars. When I brought up that I was told $35, she said “our prices went up” and that I could pay $35 today and the rest later. I explained that I would not be paying almost double what I was quoted. After going in the back to supposedly talk to someone and then come back out to then still say I owed $60-something dollars, the girl next to her admitted that she’d told me yesterday $35. So the girl charged me $35 and then sent an invoice with a balance due of $27. Do not trust them.
